This collection consists of a book by Doris Hartman, entitled: "My Life in Hiroshima," and a memory scrapbook created by Lila Jean Fraizer. The scrapbook documents various A-3 missionaries after their service. Other materials include: a photograph album; a manuscript; biographical notes; a music score; and printed materials.

The records comprise a series of diaries and journals, correspondence, photographs and assorted magazines containing articles authored by Withey and others which afford an intimate view of the Angolan work. They represent a rich resource for studying the cultural, historic, economic and religious climates on the mission field. Place names that are mentioned include Kalundo, Sengue, Nhangue, Kamongua, Dondo, and Pampas. There is a useful description of his work on Quionga station and the resurgence of Roman Catholicism in the area. There is information about a missionary's program while on furlough, notes on Withey's work in the continuing translation of the Scriptures into the Kimbundu language, the effect of his ministry upon an African village and the effect of the Great Depression upon the mission work.

Withey provides much useful information concerning the Angolan mission and related topics. This is documented in a large collection of photos depicting mission facilities and missionaries. Withey's materials also include articles, clippings and photos. They greatly enhance the resources for learning of the Angola mission personal matters and finance while revealing the hardships and sacrifices made by missionaries and their families.

The Luddwell Hunter Estes Papers contains the assorted papers, photographs, and writings of Ludd Estes. Together these materials document the life work of Mr. Estes and represent the variety of positions he held within the denomination.

This collection contains information pertaining to the personal and professional life of Winslow Wilson. This file contains several autobiographies, his meditations and personal diary from prison which express his religious and conscientious objector views, personal and professional correspondence pertaining to his sentencing and beliefs, newspapers clippings, publications from his imprisonment, as well as Bible study notes during and after his sentence.

The collection contains materials related to Warner's personal activities as a missionary. Most of the documents are personal letters. These letters are directed to family and friends and dated from 1929 to 1987. Unfortunately, the years 1968-1985 are missing. Content in these letters are usually only a few lines and discuss events, school activities, and weather conditions.The other part of this collection contains various clippings, programs, brochure, post cards, Christmas cards, play scripts, drawing, and photographs related to Warner's work and family.

The Walter Russell Lambuth collection reflects the Bishop's activities outside the United States in a series of manuscripts, articles and letters. There is one typed manuscript of his book, Medical Missions: The Twofold Task. There is a good chance that most, if not all, of the other typed manuscript articles of Lambuth's trips around the world were published by the Southern Methodist Church in their various periodicals. The correspondence is addressed to family, friends, colleagues and associated groups. Clippings are either death notices and/or tributes for both Lambuth and his wife.

This collection contains church publications, correspondence, images, newspaper clippings, publications, and sermons from Elmer Elmsworth Higley’s ministry work.

Most of the information within the documents are from the early 1900s-1951 and are related to his work as a Methodist Episcopal preacher. A majority of the images within this collection are of the churches Higley served.

This collection also contains two of his authored publications, and several newspaper clippings acknowledging Higley’s death.

These papers document Reverend Ward's life while he was in seminary, serving as a pastor, and his subsequent death after the Second Battle of Bull Run during the American Civil War. Ward was a copious writer on a variety of subjects. The papers show his development as an individual which eventually laid the foundation for his personal conviction to serve actively in the war. There are some documents assigned to Mrs. Jane E. Ward, Pelatiah's wife, after his death.

This collection contains John Kiracofe's notes about various ministers and church histories. A great deal of this material deals with genealogy. There are photographs and negatives depicting the Deardroff home, Anson Brazee, and Bertha E. Deardroff . There is a booklet by Bertha E. Deardorff about her own family genealogy. Pamphlets, bulletins and newspaper clippings about the EUB church are also included. The collection contains a short play written by Thelma Moyer Starner, event programs from the Pennsylvania Conference, a publication titled The Chatterbox and two certificates.

This collection contains correspondence and news letters from Kelly written between 1936 and 1969. A 1969 farewell address is included. In addition, an autobiographical manuscript entitled "I Saw It Happen" is part of this collection. This typed manuscript is 172 pages and includes several corrections and notations. It was published in 1977 by Bitmore Press.
